The Process

MEETING
This can be a face-to-face meeting, phone call, or online chat to discuss your goals, your vision, details about your business, and your budget and get an idea about what package and options would be right for you.

Whether you currently have a website or are considering a new web presence, determine what you currently have and want to keep or add to your website. I will need access to your current site, if you have one, and will need documents, photos, and forms for the site. The more information and content you can provide will save me time and save you money.

AGREEMENT
After we have agreed upon all aspects of your site, I will write up an agreement with all the details. This will include a timeline with estimated dates for a mock-up site and for the final site, as well as payment arrangements.

DRAFT
Provided I have the necessary information, I can have a draft site done in a week or so. This would demonstrate the layout, colors and graphics agreed upon. It is at this point that any major changes should be requested. Understand that the information/text is easy to place. It's the graphics, colors and layout which people fuss over and which can be time consuming when many changes are made.

COMPLETION
When your website is complete per our agreement, final payment is due. I will provide you with all the necessary passwords and account information you will need to access and maintain your website and domain name. I will provide a copy of the final site on a CD-ROM for your records.

The following pricing scheme is general and subject to variation, depending on the complexity of your site and logistics.

No Frills $150 One scrolling webpage, logo, hyperlinks, menu, and images
Basic up to $500 2-5 pages with logo, hyperlinks, menu, images, and one contact form
Small Business up to $1000 6-10 pages with all the Basic features
Corporate up to $1500 11-15 pages with all the Basic features
Enterprise $1600+ 16+ pages with all the Basic features

Flash Animation

Add pizzazz to your site with flash intros and banners

Forms

Create online customer service and get feedback with forms.  With the click of a button, your customers can send essential information to you.

$25 and up

Pop-Up Windows

A pop-up window is a new, smaller window  that can be launched automatically or with the click of a button.  Pricing includes adding the pop-up script to your page.

$10 per pop-up

Custom Graphics $50 per hour
Creating Customized PDF files $25 per hour
Photo Scanning $2-$5 per picture - Price varies depending on purpose of picture, any editing needed
SQL Database $100 and up
